My Tuesday group and I street across the two native reservoirs, Uvas and Chesbro, plus an out and again on Casa Loma. I used to be on my e-bike so was in a position to keep at a gentle, pretty straightforward, tempo. It was a pleasant day for it, not too heat.
On Wednesday I rode my recumbent for one of many two laborious days I do every week. I’ve actually been having fun with my newest model of a tough day exercise:
- warmup
- An hour at my highest cardio tempo, coronary heart price about 120
- 4x about 4 minute very brisk intervals
- 8x about 90 sec intervals
- “Double Tabata” = 8×40 sec sprints with 20 sec restoration
- “Tabata” = 8×20 sec sprints with 10 sec restoration
- On-bike energy = 16 reps per aspect pedalling at excessive gear with one leg, repeat4 occasions per aspect
- On-bike energy = 16 reps in excessive gear uphill
- cooldown
That is very difficult however I really feel nice after doing it, not too worn out.
