Paris Style Week right here we come!
Anybody within the trend business can let you know, trend week – or relatively trend month – is a marathon. As an editor, the expectation is for us to run between reveals and shows (typically we go to round 15 appointments a day) and write up the developments we see on the runway, all whereas trying worthy of the high-fashion manufacturers showcasing on the runways themselves.
And in relation to Paris Style Week, the stakes are greater than any others — it isn’t referred to as the capital of trend for nothing. A POP OF COLOUR:
In terms of baggage, I discover it to be the best solution to incorporate an attention-grabbing pop of color to a monochromatic look. It is no surprise the Alaia ballet flats have been all the trend final season. As editors, we’re sprinting from appointment to appointment, typically mountain climbing up and down the steps to take the metro, so comfy sneakers are a should!
