P has a basketball sport, some mates are having a celebration, and Liv and I’ve a enjoyable volunteer occasion. I’m planning on a Sculpt Society exercise between the adventures. Health, well being, and good eats:

Olive Mush! I used to be ready for this to be again in inventory and snagged it up the second it was again. I can’t do common caffinated espresso (I’ve been ingesting decaf for years), and this can be a nice espresso different with 100% olive leaf/hydroxytyrosol, natural cacao, mediterranean herbs and purposeful mushrooms. It tastes chocolate-y and spiced (virtually like a chai) and I find it irresistible with almond milk.

I’m an enormous fan of adaptogens and purposeful mushrooms, and this can be a nice technique to get in these superfoods with the advantages of olive leaf/hydroxytyrosol. You may get yours right here!

Runnnnn to Costco for this meat! It has easy components and is a superb simple protein supply. I’ve had it in a wrap (Coyotas tortillas with Chosen mayo, sriracha, and leftover roasted veggies), in a Chipotle-style protein bowl, and plain.

One in all my all-time fave summer time salads.

Trend + magnificence + random:

Loving this Abercrombie costume and have worn it with sneakers and sandals. It has built-in shorts and is true to measurement.

Did you guys see that SHEER FLATS, like those with little rosettes and beads on them, are again in fashion? I’m not okay.

That is the bronzer stick I’ve been loving these days. It blends effectively and offers just a little little bit of shade. It’s been tremendous windy right here these days, so I’ve been hiding outdoors. Grateful for self tanner and bronzer sticks.

Ordered these reusable water balloons for the children and so they’ve been an enormous hit. They’ve additionally loved this racecar floatie.
