A plant-powered spinoff from traditional white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, this yummy vegan cookie recipe is modest in added sugars, and filled with the ability of chia, flax, coconut, and almond flour. As scrumptious as they’re fairly!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine collectively chia, flax and milk in a bowl with an electrical mixer (or combine vigorously with a wire whisk) for two minutes.
- Combine in vanilla, margarine and sugar till easy and creamy.
- Combine in baking powder, soda, salt, and flours solely till easy.
- Stir in macadamia nuts, coconut, and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop heaping spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, till golden brown.
