Hot Water Extracted Mushrooms

When it comes to Mushroom Extracts it is essential you find one that is a hot water extract. All science based clinical trials have used this type of mushroom extract and therefore any mushrooms that are not a hot water extract have not been proven to have any efficacy.*

Mushrooms have a protective lining or “cell wall” called chitin. If you were to simply grind up a mushroom you wouldn’t be able to digest any of the beneficial compounds as they are trapped inside the chitin.
